Cube Quest, released by Simutrek in 1984, is a futuristic treasure hunt in a 3D Cubic World. In Cube Quest, you must maneuver your space ship through a series of corridors in the Cube. You start off with a radar display of the Cube, deciding which of the 54 corridors you want to start in. Each corridor has several enemy fighters that are determined to defeat you. Once you defeat the enemies, you zoom back to the radar display of the Cubic World to choose another corridor to travel in. When you complete all the corridors, you are rewarded with the Treasure of Mytha, Master of the Cube Quest.

Cube Quest uses the laserdisc for the 3D background images, and it overlays computer graphics for your ship and the enemies you battle. The cabinet is pretty strange looking and has a vibrating adjustable seat. The seat adjusts for either stand up or sit down orientation.

Cube Quest would operate even if the laserdisc player was broken or removed.
